Both periods run from the date the repair is completed and invoiced, not from the date you called. Keep the invoice: it carries the model number, the part number and the date, which is all a claim needs.
Cover
Covered
- The same fault returning on the same appliance inside the warranty period.
- A part we supplied failing on its own, inside 365 days.
- Workmanship on the repair itself — a connection, a seating, an adjustment.
- The return visit to put any of the above right, with no second diagnostic fee.
Not covered
- A different fault on the same appliance. That is a new diagnosis and a new visit.
- Parts supplied by someone else, or a repair someone else carried out.
- Damage from impact, flooding, a power surge, or work done by another party after ours.
- Wear items and consumables — filters, bulbs, gaskets consumed in normal use — where the failure is age rather than the repair.
- Corrosion of external metal from marine air, which is a condition of the site rather than a fault in the work.
Making a claim
If it comes back
- Call +1 (904) 775-7957 and say it is a warranty return.
- Have the invoice date and the model number ready.
- Describe what the appliance is doing now, in the order it does it.
- We book a return visit. If the fault is the one we repaired, there is nothing to pay.
If the return visit finds a different fault, we tell you before doing any work, and the usual $80 diagnostic applies to that new fault. You get a written estimate before any part is ordered or any labour begins.

This is our warranty, not a manufacturer warranty
Anything Viking offers on your appliance is a separate matter between you and them, administered by them, and unaffected by the warranty on this page. If your appliance is still inside a manufacturer warranty period, check that first — using it costs you nothing.
Our warranty is limited to the repair we carried out and to the cost of putting that repair right. It does not extend to loss of food, loss of use, or any other consequential loss.
